Manifestation is one of the most written-about topics in wellness - and one of the most poorly explained. Most of what circulates online asks you to believe things that contradict your lived experience, and when the results do not appear, tells you the failure was yours.

Manifestation, stripped of the mystical language, is the practice of training your attention toward what you want, noticing pathways you would otherwise miss, and taking action toward what you notice. That is not magic. It is attention and behavior working together in a specific direction.
